Bally’s Corporation has released new details about its ambitious plans for Bally’s Las Vegas, a next-generation entertainment resort set to rise on the former Tropicana Las Vegas site along the Strip.
The development will share a sprawling 35-acre campus with the upcoming Las Vegas Athletics Major League Baseball ballpark, creating a unique fusion of sports and entertainment.
The project is currently being reviewed for entitlements by Clark County, with construction expected to begin in the first half of 2026. Plans call for two luxury hotel towers offering 3,000 rooms, a 2,500-seat entertainment venue, and more than 500,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space. Guests will also enjoy an exclusive VIP experience with direct access to the ballpark.
Soo Kim, chairman of Bally’s Corporation, said:
Bally’s Las Vegas is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine the heart of the Strip. With world-class partners such as JLL and Marnell, and the arrival of Major League Baseball, we’re not just creating an integrated resort—we’re building a landmark destination where sports, entertainment, dining, and hospitality come together on a scale only Las Vegas can deliver.
The original Tropicana Las Vegas, also owned by Bally’s, was imploded in October 2024 to clear the way for this transformative project and the new Athletics stadium.
