The online wagering operator Bet365 has struck a deal with the Colorado based casino company Century Casinos.
As a part of the contract, the former will be able to utilize the retail operator’s Colorado gambling license to operate in the state.
The collaboration has been agreed upon with the term lasting a decade. It had originally been conceived back in May of 2020 with the official activation day being set as the day Bet365 got its regulatory approvals.
Other terms of the contract include an annual guaranteed minimum revenue amount and a certain percentage share of the income that needs to be paid to the master license holder. Furthermore, there are certain fees added on to the main payment as well.
This deal isn’t the retail business’s first time offering master licenses to other operators, as some of its subsidiaries operate under the same master license as Bet365.
