Flutter Brazil has introduced an improved version of Betnacional’s casino product, incorporating a revamped casino lobby that will allow for the use of live data to enhance the player experience. This new offering will be available on both mobile and web and will meet the needs and preferences of Brazilian players.
The enhanced casino lobby will feature real-time data about new games and winnings over the previous 7 days, as well as listing the games with the highest payout amounts over the same time period. The introduction of live data will enhance the experience of the user.

When we observed that usage frequency is practically daily and that the visibility of winnings influences interest in certain games, we understood that the experience needed to evolve. By bringing dynamic information to the center of navigation, we structured the lobby in a way that is more connected to the platform’s real dynamics and improved the clarity of content presentation.
Research identified how Brazilian players bet and what information they need to make informed wagering decisions. Generally, Brazilian players have a tendency to bet frequently and they prefer to use their mobile devices when betting. Additionally, one-third of Brazilian players view wagering on a hobby-like basis, which indicates that wagering is very much a part of many Brazilian players’ daily life.
The research also identified particular language differences among Brazilian players regarding their use of terminology associated with wagering activity; 33% referred to their betting activity as “little game” or 23% referred to their betting activity as “small bet” and 13% referred to their wagering activity as “tiny wager”.
