Better Collective announces board nomination

Better Collective’s Nomination Committee has proposed the appointment of Professor Thomas Plenborg to its Board of Directors, succeeding Petra Von Rohr, who is stepping down after seven years of service.

The committee also recommended re-electing all other current Board members: Jens Bager (Chair), Therese Hillman (Vice Chair), Britt Boeskov, Todd Dunlap, Leif Nørgaard, and René Rechtman.

Plenborg brings extensive experience, notably from his 14-year tenure as Chair of DSV, one of Denmark’s largest companies by revenue. Under his leadership, DSV expanded through organic growth and major M&A deals to become a global logistics leader. He also holds a professorship in Accounting at Copenhagen Business School.

Chair Jens Bager expressed gratitude to Petra Von Rohr for her years of service and welcomed the nomination of Plenborg, citing his impressive track record in M&A, strategic integration, and value creation. He expressed confidence in Plenborg’s ability to contribute to Better Collective’s continued growth.

The Nomination Committee includes Søren Jørgensen (Chr. Dam Holding), Troels Bisgaard Vig (J. Søgaard Holding), Anders Lund (BLS Capital), and Jens Bager.
