Bragg’s Fuze engagement tool now available on sportsbooks

The Fuze player engagement and retention tool offered by Bragg will soon be accessible on sports betting platforms.

The online gaming software provider Bragg Gaming has recently expanded one of its successful offerings, the Fuze customer engagement service. The offering will now be available to implement on sports betting platforms to boost retention and reduce churn.

Fuze will be utilizing real-time data driven by the events players are betting on along with gamification to create targeted promotions and achieve higher rates of user retention.

Additionally, the toolset features a high degree of customization, helping operators create promotional campaigns for specific betting events quite easily. This will also have the effect of increasing the magnitude and the quantity of the wagers, which will of course increase the bookmaker’s yield.

Furthermore, Fuze can be used to establish a loyalty program, utilizing credits or coins that a player can use in the operator’s store to get prizes. Loyalty programs are a great way of increasing retention and keeping players engaged.

Fuze is a great innovative and modular tool that allows for every little detail to be tailored for optimal operation. We are confident in this solution, as competing against each other will be way more engaging for the players than just following their favorite sports events.

stated the head of technology at Bragg, Peter Lavric. They added:

We are confident that Fuze will be a success with sportsbook operators, as it has already proven itself on the online casino vertical. We are certain that businesses utilizing it will get a very noticeable improvement in their customer engagement statistics and will greatly reduce their churn rates. All of those improvements will amount to greatly increased performance and yield.

The company has already debuted its solution on an operator’s website in the Netherlands. It is expected that many more will be joining in the upcoming weeks.
