Casino Guru has introduced Automatic Safety Index Reports. This new account-based feature gives casino operators regular analysis of their Safety Index score and recommendations on how to improve their rating on Casino Guru.
Casino representatives need an account to use this feature. After registering at Casino Guru, they can contact the Casino Guru team, which will assign the portfolio of sites they manage. Once this setup is complete, Automatic Safety Index Reports can be configured in the ‘Report settings’ section.
Casino Guru currently has 6,000 casino representative accounts, and this number continues to grow. This represents great success of such a transparent and useful feature that few affiliate websites match at this scale and without charge.
Automatic reports can now be scheduled for delivery on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Additionally, partners can set reports to be sent when a casino’s Safety Index changes by a specified amount.
All the necessary documents are then automatically emailed to the address the representative provided when creating their Casino Guru account. In case representatives manage multiple casino brands, they will receive a separate PDF report for each casino in their portfolio.
Martin Dolný, Training & Development Specialist at Casino Guru, said:
Automatic delivery gives casinos a clearer and more consistent view of how their brands are performing. Instead of requesting updates individually, our partners can now regularly receive detailed information about what drags their Safety Index down and take immediate steps to improve it.
Actionable steps with clear explanations
Safety Index Reports are a valuable resource for all Casino Guru’s partners, as they are designed to make Safety Index information easier to access and fully understand. They help casino operators monitor the most important factors that are contributing to their brands’ positive reputation.
The factors that are analyzed in the reports include unresolved player complaints, problematic terms and conditions, restrictions, and other practices that may affect player safety.
Any identified issues are accompanied by clear explanations of Casino Guru’s standpoint, and practical recommendations operators can use to fix them. Addressing these issues based on Casino Guru’s Fair Gambling Codex is the only way for operators to increase their Safety Index and rank among the top positions in Casino Guru’s casino lists.
Currently, more than 700 casinos have adjusted their terms and conditions and improved their safety ratings and reputations thanks to these recommendations.
Improved transparency in cooperation with partners
The Automatic Safety Index Reports are part of Casino Guru’s wider commitment to fair gambling and transparent communication with its partners.
While Safety Index reports have always been part of Casino Guru’s affiliate model, as Casino Guru’s network expanded to include hundreds of partners representing numerous casino brands, automating the process became a natural next step.
Dolný said:
We wanted to establish an ongoing feedback loop that helps operators track their progress over time. These reports make collaboration between our partners and us more focused and efficient.
In the future, Casino Guru plans to continue developing Automatic Safety Index Reports based on feedback from its partners. Potential improvements could include the ability to generate an instant report delivered within a couple of minutes.
