DigiPlus Interactive Corp. reported PHP8.9 billion ($140 million) in net income for the first nine months of 2026. Still with the profit increase, net gaming revenue fell 17% year-on-year to PHP16.2 billion ($255 million).
The company operates BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone. It reported that improved cost efficiency helped offset lower revenue. Nine-month EBITDA reached PHP8.3 billion ($130.7 million).
Q3 EBITDA increased 0.3% from the previous quarter to PHP2.9 billion ($45.7 million), while the EBITDA margin rose by four percentage points to 22%. DigiPlus attributed the improvement to more efficient advertising and promotional spending, lower direct gaming costs and tighter control of operating expenses.
The company’s net gaming revenue after-tax margin, measured against gross gaming revenue (GGR), also increased by five percentage points quarter-on-quarter to 40%. DigiPlus also reported user base and player retention growth. Average monthly active users increased 3% quarter-on-quarter to 5.9 million. Monthly active bettors and depositors rose 5% to 4.9 million.
DigiPlus withdrew from the final rounds of New Zealand’s online casino licensing auction in October following further market analysis. The company said the decision would not affect its existing operations or international expansion strategy.
In Brazil, DigiPlus had previously said the government’s move to prohibit online gambling was not expected to materially affect its overall financial position. Its immediate priorities included complying with the directive and processing customer withdrawals.
