FDJ acquires L’Addition to diversify its services division

Francaise des Jeux has acquired POS service provider L’Addition to diversify its services activity.

Francaise des Jeux has recently announced that they have acquired the point-of-service payment services provider L’Addition as part of a strategy to expand its retail services subdivision. Having over a hundred employees, the latter offers POS management, as well as payment services to a whole host of hospitality companies across France, such as cafes and hotels.

Since its inception in 2012, the payment provider has been considered a pretty reputable partner by many businesses. FDJ stated that as being one of its rationales for purchasing the company. Furthermore, they stated that L’Addition is going to play an integral role in diversifying the corporation and getting established as France’s leading payment provider.

To summarize, the French operator has obtained the trusted POS provider in a bid to satisfy its desires of becoming the largest payment provider of the country.
