Flutter UK & Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Cheryl Bosi as its new chief people officer.

Cheryl brings with her a wealth of experience from her previous role at HSBC UK, where she spearheaded HR initiatives for three and a half years.

With a staggering 14 million active customers and clients, and a workforce of approximately 22,000 employees nationwide, Cheryl’s expertise in HR leadership within large-scale and global organizations will undoubtedly enrich our operations here at Flutter UK & Ireland,” Flutter stated.

Reflecting on her new role, Cheryl remarked:

The focus on customer and commercial performance outcomes, team collaboration, and individual flexibility within the hybrid proposition resonated strongly with me. When executed effectively and guided by proactive line managers, these elements foster a positive culture and confer a competitive edge. The ambition, people-centric ethos, and vibrant culture at Flutter UK & Ireland immediately captured my attention. I am thrilled to embark on this new journey within the dynamic realm of the gambling industry, eager to absorb new insights and experiences along the way. Furthermore, I am committed to personal growth, acquiring fresh skills, and leading a top-tier HR team pivotal to the company’s commercial triumphs. Embracing the ethos of enjoying work, I believe Flutter is an ideal match for me.
