GiG is approved by AGCO to operate in Ontario

GiG has obtained a supplier license to operate in Ontario, Canada.

From now on GiG is allowed to provide its B2B sportsbook and PAM platforms to Canadian operators.

During April, Ontario launched regulated iGaming and from the first day many operators went live, naturally since that time more brands have entered the Canadian market. Though GiG has managed to get a license only now, their registration is considered “an early entry.” The supplier earned its license from AGCO.

“Receiving approval from AGCO is an important step for us to support the iGaming industry for regulated markets. We are very excited and ready to partner with different companies from the region,”

highlighted C. Caruana General Counsel at GiG.

In accordance with H2 Gambling Data’s prediction, the Ontarian market is going to grow during the upcoming 3 years, which means that GiG will earn 2 billion euros gross gaming revenue.

Currently, GiG has twenty-two regulated markets where the company is authorized to offer its sportsbooks. In the near future four more markets will be added to that list.
