GR8 Tech has named Edward Smyshliaiev as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
With more than 20 years of expertise in software engineering, AI, machine learning, and digital transformation, Smyshliaiev steps into the role equipped with deep technical knowledge.
As CTO, he will focus on building high-performing teams, optimizing development workflows, and advancing the company’s technical infrastructure to enable future growth. Over time, he will take charge of core functions such as platform development, information security, and overall technical governance.
