With over 15 years in the industry, he offers an absolutely valuable perspective on the evolution of iGaming, innovation, as well as the future of the market. Read more about his journey, his new role at Gammastack, and his take on the industry’s latest trends in this interview.

TheGamblest: First of all, thank you, Vladimir for your contribution to our iGaming talks, we are sure that this conversation will be engaging for our readers. So, your career spans over 15 years in the iGaming industry. How have you seen the industry evolve during this time, and what key changes have you observed?

Vladimir: I would say that the iGaming business has developed hugely over the last years. We see a lot of new companies in the business who are trying to bring their new ideas to the market and take their spot in it. You can see that by the massiveness of the iGaming exhibitions. As an example, the recent ICE exhibition in Barcelona I believe broke all the records. Comparing the technologies used back in the days and now you can see a major contrast and this evolving process is not stopping anytime soon.

TheGamblest: You have recently joined Gammastack as a Senior Sales Manager. What led you to make the transition to Gammastack, and what are you looking forward to achieving in this role?

Vladimir: I really liked the company name… Ok, jokes aside, I was following the company for some while (shootout to our CCO Arthur Zagurilo for being so active on social media) and saw how the company grew and continues to grow. Plus to that I have heard a lot of positive comments from the clients who are working with Gammastack, which I believe is the best sign of a good reputation on the market. I hope that my knowledge and skills will help the company to achieve even better results in the near future.

The Gamblest: What has been your initial impression of Gammastack’s culture and its approach to innovation in the iGaming industry?

Vladimir: First thing which I noticed straight away was a positive atmosphere in the team & the company itself. Very easy going people who are inspired by one goal. Gammastack is all about being responsive and tailoring their services to exactly meet clients expectations and even overcome them to deliver top-notch results each time.

The Gamblest: How many members are part of your sales team, and how do you ensure effective collaboration within your team?

Vladimir: We have a pretty big team of 20 people. However, we are in constant contact with each other which nowadays is not so difficult. We have our inner communication channels and meetings where we discuss our plans, strategies as well as latest news of the industry.

The Gamblest: If you could highlight one key factor that differentiates Gammastack from its competitors, what would it be and why?

Vladimir: I would say a personalized approach. I know that many companies can say the same, but when we are talking about Gammastack that is exactly how it is. We try to deliver the most personalised approach for each of our partners and make their wishes reality.

The Gamblest: In your opinion, which Gammastack product do you see as the game-changer with the greatest sales potential right now, and why?

Vladimir: It won’t be a big secret that our main product is a source code solution which has been the most selling product over the last years. On the other hand we also are developing our own custom games which are very popular among the operators, since it’s a great opportunity for them to make an additional promotion of their brand.

The Gamblest: We’ve observed your consistent participation in iGaming conferences. What value do you see in attending these events in general?

Vladimir: Since I am working in sales of course the main reason for attending the expos is to build new partnership. Besides that it is always a great reason to meet your existing partners. Nothing is better than to meet each other eye to eye, have a coffee and good dialogue. I believe that is the best way for developing long-term relationships in the business. Expos also keep you always in the loop with the latest iGaming industry trends.

The Gamblest: And finally, throughout your years in the iGaming industry, you have likely come across some unusual or hilarious sales pitches. Is there one that stands out for you?

Vladimir: I don’t remember where I heard it, but it was something like this: “probably your current solution is as bad as your WiFi connection, so let us help you.”
