International Game Technology PLC has proudly announced its attainment of a prestigious gold medal sustainability rating from EcoVadis, a renowned authority in business sustainability evaluations.
This accolade catapults IGT into the top echelon, placing it among the top five percent of global enterprises scrutinized by EcoVadis for its robust sustainable business practices. Noteworthy achievements were recorded in areas spanning environment, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
Under EcoVadis’ meticulous scrutiny, IGT’s sustainability program underwent assessment against 21 benchmarks across key domains including environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. EcoVadis, leveraging international sustainability standards, meticulously evaluates over 85,000 companies globally, gauging their environmental, social, and ethical performance.
