IGT appoints Adam Chibib as new CFO

IGT has appointed Adam Chibib as chief financial officer, starting from November 1, 2026, subject to the required approvals from the regulators in the states in which the company is licensed to operate.

Chibib succeeds Fabio Celadon, who has been with IGT and its predecessors for more than two decades. Celadon will be departing as CFO on October 31, and will remain in an advisory position until the end of December 2023.

Chibib was previously the president and CFO of Multimedia Games, a slot machine company from Austin, which was bought by Global Cash Access in 2014 for approximately $1.2 billion. Global Cash Access later became Everi, and merged with IGT’s games and online segments in Apollo in July 2022.

IGT CEO Hector Fernandez, said:

Adam brings the public company, private equity and gaming experience we need. His financial discipline and operating mindset will be important as we sharpen execution.

Chibib will take over the finance function as IGT continues integrating the two businesses and managing its operations as a private company.

Chibib said:

IGT has a strong portfolio. I look forward to working with Hector, the leadership team and our people to strengthen financial and operating discipline

Chibib will be heading finance department at IGT, while the company is tackling integration of these business units and running it as a private firm.
