Jennifer Shatley has been appointed as the new executive director of the Responsible Online Gaming Association (ROGA).
With over 25 years of experience in promoting responsible gaming, she has collaborated extensively with the treatment community, academics, and government bodies. Shatley has also worked closely on player protection initiatives with state councils, researchers, and representatives from the gaming industry.
Expressing her vision, Shatley stated:
Many of America’s largest legal mobile gaming operators will establish a framework aimed at promoting responsible gaming education and awareness. By uniting with clear objectives, ROGA and its members are committed to enhancing consumer protections and facilitating easier access to responsible gaming tools, ensuring consumers can enjoy the entertainment of online gaming responsibly.
ROGA, founded at the end of March, consists of major US online sports betting and gaming operators such as BetMGM, bet365, DraftKings, Fanatics Betting and Gaming, FanDuel, Hard Rock Digital, and PENN Entertainment.
