Luís Figo is a famous professional football player from Portugal who played in the position of a winger. Throughout the time of his career Figo played for football clubs like Barcelona, Real Madrid (two of Spain’s most popular football teams) and Inter Milan (one of the top best teams in Italy). With those clubs he earned the most prestigious football titles, for example the UEFA UCL, La Liga, Italian Super Cup and many more. In 2000 he won the Ballon d’Or and next year he was recognised as FIFA World Player of the Year.
