Paysafe enters Argentina building up South American presence

By entering the Argentinian market Paysafe aims to strengthen its presence in the South American continent.

The payment interface and platform provider Paysafe has recently announced its debut in Argentina as it continues to improve its foothold in the Latin American market.

The company’s payment solution enables people who don’t have a credit card or a bank account to utilize cash to obtain prepaid cards that can later be used for any types of products and services, including gaming.

Argentina is a great place for a solution like the one offered by the firm, as over 75% of people in the country don’t have a credit card, and over 20% don’t have a bank account.

We’re thrilled to be offering our services in Argentina, where e-commerce is expanding swiftly while the populace remains underprivileged in terms of cards.

Stated the chief of digital wallets at Paysafe, Chirag Patel.

We see a great opportunity in the country to help out foreign businesses and enable them to provide a more diverse selection of transaction options for their customers in Argentina and make more sales.

They concluded.
