Pomerantz opens class-action lawsuit against DraftKings

On behalf of a portion of the gambling corporation’s investors, the law firm will be investigating DraftKings’ directors and c-level executives for securities fraud.

The main driver of the lawsuit was a hack directed at DraftKings in the second half of November, where about 300 thousand dollars of customer funds were affected, as admitted by the co-founder of the iGaming operator, Paul Liberman.

As the news of the hack spread on the internet, DraftKings’ share price fell by just over 5%.

You can learn more about the action and join it if you own DraftKings stock on the law firm’s website.
