Rush Street Interactive raises 2026 outlook with record Q2 results

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has improved its forecast for 2026 after achieving an outstanding quarterly performance in revenue as well as adjusted EBITDA due to significant growth generated from its online casino vertical and also more sports betting activities carried out during the FIFA World Cup.

The company’s revenue for Q2 amounted to $393.8 million, which was 46% more than a year earlier. Its net income was $29.3 million, which was a slight rise compared to previous year’s $28.8 million. Its adjusted EBITDA reported a 61% rise and reached the company’s record high of $64.6 million.

Total Monthly Active Users (MAUs) rose by 58% year-on-year, amounting to around 949,000 users.

North American MAUs increased by 51%, amounting to approximately 296,000 users, thanks to a geographical expansion into regulated online casinos. In LATAM, the number of MAUs reached 653,000, which is 62% higher compared to the previous year.

Average revenue per MAU in North America amounted to $320, while in Latin America it was $55.

The company’s FY-2026 revenue forecast estimates revenue to be in the range of $1.56 billion–$1.60 billion or an annual growth of 38% to 41%. It also raised the forecasts for adjusted EBITDA to be within $245 million–$265million or an annual growth of 59% to 72%.

The guidance assumes RSI continues operating only in its current regulated markets and under existing tax regimes, including Colombia’s temporary 16% emergency tax on online gambling.

Chief Executive Officer Richard Schwartz said:

We delivered another record quarter, setting all-time highs once again for revenue and Adjusted EBITDA, driven by continued share gains in online casino and our sports betting markets benefiting from the World Cup. Our casino-first strategy continues to be the foundation of our business, with online casino representing 72 percent of our revenue this quarter. Player growth remained strong. We were also pleased to have successfully launched online casino and online sports in Alberta earlier this month, and we are encouraged by the early trends we are seeing there.

Looking ahead, he said the company remains confident in its long-term growth prospects, citing continued execution across its core markets and a focus on delivering strong player experiences to support future shareholder value.
