SiGMA Group has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in iGaming Academy, a leading provider of vocational and compliance training spanning over 25 jurisdictions, serving more than 60,000 gaming professionals annually. The transaction amount remains undisclosed.
This strategic move is poised to significantly enhance SiGMA’s existing portfolio by integrating diverse forms of industry education into its global event lineup and online network.

As part of the deal, iGaming Academy plans to establish an office in Cyprus to expand its online offerings and content development. Furthermore, revenue streams will be strengthened through new affiliate partnerships, with additional courses available in multiple languages to meet global training demands.
