Spelinspektionen renewed Videoslots’ license until 2028

Videoslots has secured a 5-year license renewal from the Spelinspektionen, the regulating body in the region.

This renewal represents the extension of the casino’s its authorization until the conclusion of 2028, which is the max allowable license renewal granted by the jurisdiction.

Videoslots has been actively offering games in Sweden with its main brand, Mr Vegas, and more recently, since the restricted market’s establishment in 2019. Building on a prosperous 2023 highlighted by significant events like the introduction of its 10,000th slot and the entrance into Ontario, the extension confirms Videoslots’ well-established presence in the EU and the Nordic region.

Ulle Skottling, the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Videoslots, emphasized that this development enhances the company’s standing and validates its user-centric approach. He expressed confidence in Videoslots’ continued strength in business and compliance, appreciating the SGA’s acknowledgment and trust in their practices. Skottling concluded by noting that the decision aligns with their strategic plans for 2024.
