Sportech has made the decision to appoint Paul Humphrey to the board as an external director.
The gambling and entertainment company Sportech has recently announced about the appointment of a new member of the board of directors.
Paul Humphrey will be the firm’s newest independent director. With more than three decades of experience as a director at a vast number of businesses, the new appointee will be a great addition to the board.
The addition comes after a number of resignations that occurred from May to July of the year, that came as a result of the corporation downsizing and selling off some parts of its operations.
Paul has over 30 years of expertise as a board member involving a lot of attention to creating value for shareholders.
The organization’s chairman Richard McGuire commented on the news.
