Sportradar has proudly announced that its Client Services & Care, Integrity Services, Content Production and Operations, and Trading Services units have achieved certification for the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) norm 9001:2015 from TÜV Thüringen, a distinguished independent provider renowned for testing systems and processes across various industries.
This certification serves as a testament to Sportradar’s consistent ability to deliver services that align with international industry standards, meeting both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Notably, Sportradar’s Client Services & Care and Integrity Services units have been ISO-certified since 2014, with the Life Cycle of Odds service unit joining them in 2015. The recent audit reaffirms that the Quality Management System (QMS) across the following Sportradar areas conforms to the ISO norm 9001:2015:
- “Client Services & Care – Betting & Gaming”
- “Integrity Services”
- “Content Production and Operations”
- “Trading Services”
This certification underscores Sportradar’s commitment to ongoing review and enhancement of its services, products, data, and processes. As part of this commitment, the Client Services & Care unit has introduced Technical Success Management, providing clients access to Sportradar Technical Experts and ensuring faster Support Times (SLAs).
For Integrity Services, recognized for its fraud detection monitoring and analysis, the certification reinforces Sportradar’s leading position in bet monitoring and suspicious match detection, further solidifying trust in its services among partners.
The Content Production and Operations unit, responsible for Pre-Match, Live, and Statistics data, has implemented process enhancements based on audit findings, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to ISO9001 standards.
Lastly, the Trading Services unit’s certification reflects Sportradar’s dedication to refining processes and supporting product innovation, thus ensuring the delivery of the high standards expected by its clients.
