As the developer of Aviator in 2018, SPRIBE proudly pioneered the creation and rise of the Crash game sector.
Aviator has remained the leading crash game for over five years, tested and certified in more than 30 jurisdictions. With over 42 million monthly players across approximately 5,000 brands, the game has partnered with industry giants such as UFC, WWE, and AC Milan.
SPRIBE is the sole global owner of Aviator, with its intellectual property fully protected worldwide, including multiple trademark registrations for the game’s logo. However, the game’s success has attracted attempts from third parties seeking to exploit SPRIBE’s goodwill. In 2023, a local Georgian company, Aviator LLC, made unfounded claims regarding the use of the Aviator logo in Georgia, though these do not affect SPRIBE’s broader IP rights.
The Georgian City Court’s unexpected ruling in August 2023, currently under appeal, has not been enforced. Notably, concerns about transparency and corruption in Georgian courts, highlighted by US sanctions on court officials in 2023, have raised significant questions about the legal process.
SPRIBE categorically rejects Aviator LLC’s baseless allegations, viewing them as bad-faith attempts to misappropriate its reputation and financial success. Evidence now suggests that Aviator LLC is attempting to market a copycat version of Aviator via PopOK Gaming’s platform.
SPRIBE remains committed to defending its intellectual property. Any operator or partner distributing counterfeit versions of Aviator is in direct violation of SPRIBE’s rights and will face legal consequences.
