Spribe secures Aviator trademark protection in Kenya

Spribe has obtained more intellectual property rights for its leading Aviator game in Kenya, which reinforces the market position of the game.

In a statement on LinkedIn, Spribe confirmed the official registration of the Aviator logo under the WIPO Madrid System, started its action in Kenya from the 11th of October, 2024.

The recent registration of the Aviator logo allows Spribe to receive formal protection through trademarks in Kenya and to guarantee effective measures to protect the brand in light of the growing international presence of the game.

Spribe stated:

This registration reinforces and is an add on Spribe’s intellectual property rights and solidifies the brand presence of Aviator in the Kenyan market, which is launched Kenyan market in 2021

Aviator is one of the best-selling products by Spribe, which has been successfully presented in many world gambling jurisdictions.

At the same time, the registration in Kenya is one of the steps towards the strengthening of the intellectual property in relation to Aviator, including the jurisdictions where the product is already widely developed.
