Super Group to sell B2B subsidiary to Games Global

Super Group has recently published its plans of selling the business-to-business division of its Digital Gaming Corporation subsidiary to Games Global.

The group aims to part ways with its subsidiary’s B2B division to focus more of its efforts on running one of its most prominent operator brands in the United States, Betway.

DGC’s B2B business currently holds licenses to distribute games in a number of jurisdictions in the US, namely New Jersey, Connecticut, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. Combined with its extensive knowledge and expertise in the rapidly growing market, it will be an excellent addition to Games Global.

The firms aim to receive regulatory approval to complete the sale sometime in the second half of 2023.

Letting go of our subsidiary’s B2B operation will enable us to focus our efforts on our business-to-customer growth in the American market. Having worked with Games Global for quite a bit of time, we are certain that they will make great use of DGC’s B2B business and will be able to make it prosper.

commented the Chief Executive Officer of Super Group, Neal Menashe.

This upcoming acquisition is quite an exciting announcement for us, as it will give us a head-start in the rapidly expanding United States iGaming market. It will allow us to work with some of the country’s most prominent operators, which we are very much looking forward to.

remarked the Chief Executive Officer of Games Global, Walter Bugno.
