TaDa Gaming secures AGCO licence and expands in North America

TaDa Gaming has successfully obtained a licence from the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), as confirmed on October 7, 2025.

This latest approval marks another milestone in the company’s expanding list of regulated market certifications, following its recent accreditation by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC).

Ontario, one of the largest regulated iGaming markets in North America, represents a major growth opportunity for TaDa’s portfolio of over 200 titles, especially its signature fish-shooting games.

A company spokesperson said:

As the leading provider of these casino games, TaDa is strengthening its presence in North America through its Fortune Zombie series. Developed using our glocalisation framework—global core mechanics paired with locally tailored content, Fortune Zombie achieved remarkable results in a short period. We intend to apply the same approach to our Ontario offering to ensure both strong compliance and high player engagement.

TaDa’s portfolio is already certified by respected authorities including the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Hellenic Gaming Authority, Romanian ONJN, and Swedish Spelinspektionen, as well as testing labs such as BMM, GA, and GLI. The new AGCO licence further reinforces the company’s commitment to trust, fairness, and transparent business practices.

Positioned as a future-focused provider, TaDa Gaming continues to demonstrate its dedication to regulatory excellence, player protection, and sustainable growth. The AGCO licence will enable the company to engage with tier-one operators in Ontario and expand its footprint across Canada through aggregation and partnership agreements.

Andy Huang, CEO of TaDa Gaming, commented:

The AGCO licence validates our status as a future-ready business that upholds the highest standards of governance, innovation, and strategic growth. We’re committed to delivering top-quality products and services that elevate the player experience. We’re excited to explore new opportunities in Ontario and look forward to announcing our upcoming partnerships soon.
