How does VenturePapa work?
The process of applying for an investment is very simple. There are 3 phases to go through:
Application Submission — companies must submit their application providing all the necessary documents, P&L, pitch-deck, KYC, etc. The VP team is eligible to request any additional documents, in order to approve the final application.
Investors Selection — after the vetting and approval, the application is shared with all relevant investors of the VP board. If the project sparks an interest within any of the investing companies, they directly reach out to the applicant.
Securing a Deal — after negotiating the terms of the deal, rights, and obligations of all shareholders, the application reaches the final phase of the process. One or multiple companies can be involved in closing the final deal.
