Wynn Al Marjan set to boost the UAE Casino Market

The US$5 billion integrated casino on Al Marjan Island in Ras al Khaimah is structurally complete and is scheduled to open in 2027. One of the largest foreign-invested iGaming facilities in the Middle East.

This project will include areas such as spacious playgrounds, numerous eateries, and entertainment zones.

Wynn Al Marjan will operate in a highly regulated environment, ensuring compliance standards, safety, operational efficiency, and controlled expansion. This important aspect is the result of Ras al Khaimah’s introduction of specialized gambling regulations and special visas for tourism.

Wynn Al Marjan is positioned as a center for VIP competitions, player events, and multi-day conferences.

The opening of the resort also increases the gaming capacity in the region. This could change the competitive environment and force other operators in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the surrounding Gulf nations.
