Tricia Vella is going to be the latest Chief Financial Officer of Acroud.
This appointment follows the resignation of the company’s previous CFO, Roderick Attard, a bit over a month ago on the 6th of December, 2022.
The new appointee has quite a bit of experience in similar positions, having worked in auditing for nearly a decade. One of her previous roles included a management position at PwC Malta, where she worked for seven years.
Furthermore, Vella has worked with Acroud since 2019, and for the last year, she has held the role of the firm’s Head of Finance, making her the perfect fit for the new interim position.
We are excited to appoint Tricia as our new interim Chief Financial Officer and have her join our management team, as the company is working towards our expansion goals.

Lastly, the company stated that at the time of writing it is still in the process of looking for Attard’s permanent replacement.
