The Arkansas Racing Commission has decided to initiate a 30-day period for casino license applications, specifically targeting a fourth casino.
The application window for the Pope County casino license is set to commence on May 13th.
Interested parties must submit their applications in both digital and paper formats by June 11th. Following this, the seven-member racing commission has slated a meeting for June 12th to finalize the process, approving the criteria and scoring system for the license allocation.
