BetGames launches Hero gamification tool to enhance user engagement and retention

Leading games provider BetGames has unveiled its cutting-edge gamification tool, Hero, designed to elevate player engagement through personalisation, increase session duration and retention, and drive cross-sell between RNG and live casino products.

The brand-new engagement engine is fully customisable for operators, allowing BetGames’ partners to set up challenges, integrate new items into the shop, and send bespoke inbox notifications, all via its back office.

In-game challenges award players with experience points (XP) and coins for completing a variety of tasks, in turn, enabling them to climb leaderboards to claim rewards and purchase prizes such as bonuses and tangible gifts.

Hero will incorporate BetGames’ entire portfolio, not only fuelling new game launches but also reigniting interaction with legacy titles. Challenges can be initiated within slots, RNG and live dealer games, boosting cross-sell opportunities across product verticals to support operators in maximising revenue.

With personalised profiles and tailored notifications and messages, Hero reinforces progression, rewards loyalty, and encourages continued activity, all centred around a reward-driven experience that provides a new way for players to engage with the BetGames brand, in turn, growing player value for operators.

Ian Catchick, Chief Product and Business Development Officer at BetGames, said:

Hero is a comprehensive gamification engine optimised to amplify player engagement and retention rates through a diverse array of in-game challenges, leaderboards, and prizes. It has been meticulously crafted with the operator in mind, providing complete control and customisation for our partners to build a tool that caters to their player base. We continuously strive to transform the player journey. Hero will simultaneously deliver immersive and exciting gaming experiences as well as empower operators to refine their offering and unlock the full potential of BetGames’ content.
