BeyondPlay receives a license from the Gambling Commission

A B2B start-up, specializing in providing future-generation software for casinos, BeyondPlay, recently announced about UK Gambling Commission license acquisition.

After obtaining the Malta Gaming Authority in December of the last year, the next step was to secure a License from the Gambling Commission – Remote Casino Host and Gambling Software.

The start-up has achieved a significant milestone with the acquisition of the GB license. The company provides a wide scope of community-focused products that turn individual gameplay into engaging multiplayer entertainment. BeyondPlay is also in the process of obtaining licenses in Canada, Europe, and several jurisdictions in the US.

BeyondPlay’s Chief Executive Officer, Karolina Pelc mentioned in her speech:

This stamp in our history means a triumphant event because we are diving into a new era. We will offer engaging and fantastic gameplay to our audiences, including real-money gaming in the UK. Expressing gratitude, we thank the Harris Hagan team and our investors for supporting and contributing, and for unwavering aid during a meticulous and comprehensive authorization process.

In response, Bahar Alaeddini from Harris Hagan added up:

Our team is delighted to have guided BeyondPlay and to have contributed to their success in acquiring a UK license. The CEO and her exceptional team worked tirelessly, with unwavering dedication and a positive attitude. It is a huge breakthrough and we are revved up for them and eagerly anticipate BeyondPlay’s future growth and the exciting changes that wait for them.

In February of this year, LeoVegas Group lost 25% shares in BeyondPlay. In about two years, the latter could generate a lucrative return of 73% for the Group, and this transaction became the start-up’s biggest fund-raising. BeyondPlay has already formed partnerships with four top-tier companies, including Casumo, ComeOn Group, LeoVegas Group, and Soft2Bet, to implement its solutions. The launch is planned for the second and third quarters, and the company is currently working on additional partnerships.
