DigiPlus joins Brazil’s Institute of Responsible Gaming

The Brazilian Institute of Responsible Gaming (IBJR) has accepted the membership of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. This development is part of DigiPlus’ efforts to grow in Brazil via its BingoPlus brand.

The IBJR includes members that operate over 60% of Brazil’s regulated betting sector and fight against illegal practices as well as advocate for responsible gambling.

Carlos Lima, IBJR’s CEO, remarked that the entrance of DigiPlus marks another achievement in the growth of Brazil’s regulated betting sector.

Graham Tidey, Managing Director of DigiPlus Brazil, said:

Joining the IBJR reflects DigiPlus’ expansion in Brazil, where we already operate the BingoPlus brand and continue to invest in growing our presence in the country.

He added that the company plans to leverage its experience in the Philippine gaming market while growing in Brazil “in a responsible manner and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.”

The announcement mainly dealt with the BingoPlus operations and nothing was stated about GamePlus, a platform launched in October 2025 whose future is now uncertain.
