Entain to appoint Ronald J. Kramer as Non-Executive Director

Entain plc, a prominent global entity in sports betting and gaming, has officially welcomed Ronald J. Kramer to its Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

The Board has thoroughly evaluated Ronald J. Kramer’s independence, concluding that there are no affiliations or circumstances likely to compromise his judgment. Any associations that might seem influential are deemed immaterial.

Barry Gibson, Chairman of Entain, expressed his enthusiasm for Kramer’s appointment, citing his exceptional expertise in the US gaming sector. Gibson anticipates Kramer’s addition will greatly enhance the Board’s effectiveness and harmonize with its current dynamics, aligning with the company’s growth strategy and commitment to shareholder value.

Kramer brings over four decades of extensive experience in corporate finance, real estate, and the gaming industry. Currently serving as Chairman and CEO of Griffon Corporation (NYSE:GFF), headquartered in New York, he also holds a position on the Board of Douglas Elliman Inc. (NYSE:DOUG), a leading residential brokerage firm. Kramer’s past roles include President and Director of Wynn Resorts Limited (Nevada:WYNN) from 2002 to 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania (1980) and an MBA from New York University (1981).
