EveryMatrix proudly announces the official inauguration of its new development hub situated at the heart of Bucharest, Romania. This state-of-the-art facility marks a significant milestone as the company celebrates reaching 1,000 employees.
In partnership with STRABAG Real Estate, construction began on the state-of-the-art business hub in 2022. The newly opened building now serves as the modern, eco-conscious workspace for EveryMatrix’s expanding Bucharest-based team, comprising over 400 staff members and continuing to grow.
Moreover, EveryMatrix has achieved a significant milestone by surpassing the 1,000-employee mark, just 16 years after its founding in 2008. The company’s remarkable organic growth has surged in recent years, with its workforce expanding by 90% over the past four years alone, from 525 employees in 2020 to 1,000 today. Additionally, the company reported record profitability in 2023.
The new office, located near University Square, offers convenience with its central location, reducing commute times and ensuring easy access for employees, clients, and partners.
Spanning six dedicated floors, the office boasts a plethora of amenities, including a spacious in-house gym, spa, pool, garden, and state-of-the-art facilities. Additionally, free electric car charging points are available for all staff, promoting the transition to sustainable transportation methods. Arghezi 4 is meticulously designed to provide EveryMatrix employees with an optimal working environment that caters to their diverse needs.
The building achieves stringent LEED V4 Gold green certification, employing sustainable construction practices to mitigate environmental and human health risks. By utilizing eco-friendly building materials and construction methods, the new office establishes a benchmark for corporate and environmental stewardship.
