GTI Gaming is pursuing further expansion into the Asia-Pacific Region with an exclusive distributor agreement with IPG International. Through this partnership, IPG will provide the exclusive means of distribution and implementation for GTI’s casino solution products throughout Asia and Australasia. The IPG partnership will provide both the technology for real-time monitoring of data, security and efficiency of table operations to the casinos.
GTI will provide its full suite of products through this collaboration, including RFID enabled casino currency, table-game management systems, and GTI CIMS. The use of these products will allow casinos to view table operations and activity from a live perspective in order to automate operations, improve anti-counterfeit efforts, and provide a single point of contact for all technology and implementation support to operators who are trying to implement advanced casino technology.
GTI has focused on modernizing the casino floor with digital transformation since its inception, through digital transformation. GTI’s combination of advanced hardware, software, and RFID chips allows casinos to track their chips in real time, instead of conducting spot checks on historical chips. IPG International is a gaming technology company from Australia, established in 1989, they will be working with GTI and using GTI’s solutions to improve casinos in Southeast Asia, Australasia, and other developing markets. Casinos in the region are investing more heavily in smart table systems and RFID systems, to maintain regulatory compliance and provide better value to their customers through improving game integrity and providing deeper operational insight.
The partnership allows IPG to install GTI’s system in both new casino developments and on existing gaming floors and will give IPG the ability to provide these features such as chip tracking, live reporting, and enhanced player analytics, to customers in both casino development and existing gaming operations. Both companies feel the partnership is a step toward creating a future generation of smart casinos, using GTI’s advanced technology and IPG’s long-established distribution network to build completely integrated data-driven table environments.
The implementation of the agreement will be among selected operators in Southeast Asia. The demand for smart table solutions and compliant gaming technology is continuing to grow, therefore, through this partnership effort we will create a competitive advantage for casinos in the region by accelerating the digital transformation of casinos, increasing operational efficiency, liability, and the overall player experience.
