This collaboration ensues a triumphant response to an international call for tenders initiated by Magnum Corporation in 2022. The newly inked agreement spans a duration of seven (7) years, featuring an option for two extensions of five (5) years each, paving the way for an additional seventeen (17) years of strategic and fruitful partnership with Magnum Corporation.
Intralot is set to elevate Magnum Corporation’s existing retail offerings by facilitating a smooth transition to its advanced LotosX Omni ecosystem. This encompassing solution integrates various components, including the LotosX Central Gaming System, PlayerX Player Account Management System, RetailerX Retailer Management System, DMS Device Management System, PhotonX Gaming Terminals, Canvas Content Management System, and Orchestrator.
The implementation of LotosX Omni empowers Magnum Corporation to execute a holistic omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless connection with customers across conventional and digital channels. This strategic move is poised to enrich the overall customer experience and boost operational efficiency.
