Playson secures B2B supplier licence in Peru

Playson, the accomplished digital entertainment supplier, has obtained a Peruvian B2B gambling license as part of its commitment to enter more markets worldwide.

The company has worked tirelessly to meet the requirements set out by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR) following regulation in the country. New laws came into force in February making Peru the fourth LatAm market to regulate online casino.

Playson’s General Counsel Felicia Andronic, Head of Compliance Martyna Scieszka and CCO Tamas Kusztos all collaborated throughout the process to bring the supplier’s operations in line with stringent regulations.

Ahead of its content going live, the team will work to obtain relevant game certifications and undergo technical audits as they seek to progress in the burgeoning market.

This latest licence adds to six other global licences held by Playson, including from the UKGC, ONJN in Romania, HGC in Greece and GRA in Singapore. It demonstrates the company’s aptitude at navigating complex regulatory landscapes and determination to deliver top-class content worldwide.

Tamas Kusztos, CCO at Playson, said:
