PointsBet releases its very 1st sportsbook at Riverboat

The release of a retail sportsbook was a great achievement for PointsBet as it was the first one.

Following the initial alliance which happened last year the company stated that the sports betting space was made in order to offer a great sporting experience to residents of few states.

I am really happy with the work the members of our delegation have done. We tried our best to make Maryland’s betting industry more inclusive with minor businesses and Charles County. The Riverboat and PointsBet agreement turned out to be very successful and showed that the state is able to have its place in equity. I am sure that Riverboat and other partners are going to continue working to become a leader.

said Arthur Ellis, the Senator.

The Riverboat on the Potomac is going to have twenty-one screens, a bar and F&B, lounge area and more.

PointsBet is pleased to start cooperating with the Riverboat in a brand-new betting shop overlooking the beautiful Potomac River. It is a great moment for this agreement and the state’s industry. We cannot wait to introduce the famed PointsBet mobile product in the state for the next year and thereby to boost Riverboat’s equity and engagement in the area.

added Paul Hannon, PointsBet’s SVP of Corporate Development.
