Swedish gambling regulator Spelinspektionen bans Small House B.V

The Swedish gambling regulator, Spelinspektionen, has prohibited Small House B.V. from offering its gaming products in Sweden.

The regulator stated that the Curacao-licensed operator was providing access to its website, bcgame.top, in Sweden without the necessary certification.

Spelinspektionen highlighted that the site featured Swedish currency as a payment option and included links to affiliates promoting in Swedish. Additionally, there were no measures in place to prevent Swedish customers from creating accounts and playing games.

Last week, Spelinspektionen also banned Hitz Gaming OÜ from operating in the Swedish iGaming market. The Estonia-registered operator was found to be targeting Swedish players without a license through several websites.

The regulator conducted a covert investigation and discovered that wisho.com did not prevent account registrations from Sweden. It also mentioned the websites winnerz.com, trickz.com, and celebrino.com. Hitz Gaming OÜ had promoted its services via the Sweden-based affiliate nilslegend.net and used the local payment service Quickbit and Sweden’s BankID as payment options.
