Neo Group Ltd. (formerly NeoGames S.A.) has officially announced today the completion of its acquisition by Aristocrat Leisure Limited.
In this all-cash transaction, Aristocrat has acquired all outstanding ordinary shares of Neo for $29.50 per share, totaling an enterprise value of approximately $1.2 billion for Neo.
Moti Malul, Neo’s Chief Executive Officer, stated:

The acquisition was initially announced on May 15, 2023.
