NeoGames S.A, a leading provider of cutting-edge iGaming and iLottery solutions, has announced a significant addition to its iLottery business unit leadership team, appointing Christopher Shaban as Managing Director, iLottery.
This strategic move marks the latest development in NeoGames’ ongoing organizational revamp, designed to bolster its operations in anticipation of its impending acquisition by Aristocrat, projected to be finalized in the second quarter of fiscal year 2024.
Effective immediately, Shaban will assume responsibility for overseeing all aspects of iLottery operations for the NeoGames Group worldwide. This includes spearheading new business initiatives, fostering customer growth, facilitating the continued global expansion of NeoGames’ iLottery solution, and managing NeoGames Studio, the company’s proprietary game development studio.
Bringing over 27 years of extensive experience in the international lottery industry to the table, Shaban initially joined NeoGames in 2021 as EVP Global Business and Customer Development for the iLottery business.
