The Malta Gaming Authority has recently granted a notice of recognition to Octoplay.
The notice will allow the new developer to start distributing its games in jurisdictions that follow Malta’s gambling regulations.
We are excited to have this notice that grants us the ability to work with operators in MGA territories. While we await the approval of our full-fledged license by the regulator, this notice is quite an important achievement for us. Since our very recent launch we have experienced quite a lot of interest in our games, showing that they have a lot of potential that we will take full advantage of very soon.

The news comes after the company got licensed to supply its games to operators in Romania last summer, as well as their recent aggregation partnership with Betsson, indicating that the firm has a healthy growth momentum with no signs of slowing down anytime soon.
