Super Group reports $612M revenue and $86M profit in Q1 2026

Super Group (SGHC) posted strong Q1 2026 results, reporting revenue of $612 million and profit of $86 million. Adjusted EBITDA increased 36% year-on-year to $152 million, while the company ended the quarter with $422 million in cash.

Super Group has confirmed the guidance for the full year, with revenues anticipated to exceed $2.55 billion and adjusted EBITDA projected to exceed $680 million. The company also changed its reporting structure from brand based segments to regional divisions of Africa and International, which was reflected in the announcement of Super Group’s results for Q4 2025.

Super Group CEO Neal Menashe commented that the quarter ended “with record revenue, active customers, deposits and wagering activity” and 18% year-on-year growth in monthly active customers now totalling 6.4 million.

Revenue growth was a result of favourable performance across Africa, Europe, America and other international markets. Profit also increased compared to Q1 2025 Q2 to now $59 million to $86 million. CFO Alinda van Wyk added that revenue reached an all-time high as well as EBITDA margins at 25%.

Africa revenue for the quarter was $267 million, while International revenue was $339 million. Revenue generated from sportsbook and iGaming sales continued to be strong across both business segments, with iGaming revenue at $190 million in Africa and $299 million Internationally.

Cash reserves at the end of December 2025 were $513 million and had decreased to $422 million due to dividend payments and operating expenses for various investment projects, including a $28 million acquisition for sportsbook software; however, strong operating cash inflows of $87 million were maintained throughout this period.

Super Group expects to maintain momentum through 2026 due to strong customer growth, expanded international operations and a strong balance sheet.
