Wynn Resorts has unveiled early details about Enclave, a high-end accommodation concept within its forthcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Positioned as an ultra-luxury offering, Enclave will deliver personalized service and enhanced amenities in a premium setting at the top of the resort’s 1,000-foot tower. The exclusive tier will feature 313 suites in six layouts, ranging from 800-square-foot Enclave King Suites to expansive 16,000-square-foot, two-story Royal Apartments.
Designed with a residential feel, the suites will include upscale features such as dual private pantries built into custom cabinetry. Enclave guests will benefit from private facilities, including a separate entrance, lobby, and concierge services, as well as a secluded pool and beach area with three pools and a dedicated section of shoreline within the resort gardens.
Dining options tailored for Enclave guests will include a Lebanese restaurant and a lobby lounge that serves breakfast and transitions into lunch and dinner service.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, covering over 60 hectares, will host 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, residential units, 24 dining and entertainment venues, luxury retail, spa facilities, and a marina capable of docking superyachts. The tower is expected to be topped out by late 2025, with a full opening set for early 2027.
This announcement comes shortly after Wynn finalized its acquisition of Wynn Mayfair in London’s West End, a private gaming club with 20 tables housed in Georgian townhouses. The move reflects Wynn’s broader international growth strategy, including its expansion in the UAE.
