Roxor Gaming will soon be acquired by Aristocrat Leisure.
The gambling content and technology company Aristocrat Leisure has recently announced about their latest upcoming acquisition. The British iGaming provider Roxor Gaming has agreed to a buyout from the former.
The terms of the contract, including major figures such as the transaction amount, were not yet disclosed at the time of writing. However, the expected completion time frame was mentioned to be the first three months of the year 2023.
