Kindred will donate advertisement space to safe gambling

Kindred Group will dedicate its shirt-front space to Safer Gambling Week.

The gambling corporation Kindred is going to donate its advertising spots to Safer Gambling Week on two of its sponsored football teams. One of them is Middlesbrough, who play in the English Tournament, and the other one is the Scottish Premier team Rangers.

The move is a part of the company’s 0% Mission, which involves their strong push towards generating zero revenue from problem and risky gamblers. The aim is to achieve that goal by the end of 2023, with the firm already having a pretty low rate of 3.3% of revenue made from risky players.

Furthermore, the branding will be displayed on digital mediums, in addition to on the fronts of the players’ shirts. Some of the most prominent digital advertising campaigns will be carried out on social media.

As we are nearing Safer Gambling Week, we are committed to changing up the promotional campaigns with the clubs we sponsor. It is a good time to reflect on the progress we have made in terms of ensuring responsible and safe gambling as we always strive for the best experience for our players. We are certain that our approach will be quite successful.

commented the general manager of Kindred’s United Kingdom division, Neil Banbury.

We are excited to support the safer gambling narrative with our sponsor. As Kindred helps us with our day-to-day operations, we are more than eager to support them with their campaigns, especially when it is going to benefit a lot of people massively.

remarked Lee Fryett, the commercial director of one of the clubs, Middlesbrough.
